Civil and Criminal Warrants
The Warrants Division is split into two units. The Criminal Warrants unit has the main function of apprehending suspects whom have outstanding arrest warrants. The Civil Warrants unit has the main function of serving all civil process issued by the courts of Williamson County and any sent from out of county or state. The deputies in each of the warrants units are cross-trained and can function in either role when necessary.

What is the cost to have a civil process served by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office?
Service cost is fifty-two dollars ($52) per defendant per civil process for all of the following:
Subpoenas
Summons
Scire Facias
Show Cause
Warrant to Recover
Personal Property Levy
Attachment / Contempt
Immediate Possession
Writ
Conditional Judgement
Execution / Bank Levy
Service cost is forty-two dollars ($42) for each garnishment served
