You will continue to receive excellent off-duty services from the Deputies at Williamson County Sheriff’s Office as you always have.

You will need to set up a PowerDetails Employer Account.

Please send an email to offduty@powerdetails.com with the subject line “New Employer Account for Williamson County SO”. Be sure to include the following information:

●        The name of the individual, business, or organization that is responsible for the account

●        The email address to send invoices

●        Your full name, email address, telephone number, and position with the organization

Your account provides you with 24-hour access to:

●        Request off-duty services

●        Pay invoices online

●        Review the status of scheduled jobs

No. Coverage is NOT guaranteed.

Off-duty employment is voluntary. Deputies sign up to cover details as their schedules allow. You can check for coverage updates by accessing your PowerDetails account and clicking on the Jobs tab at the top. Click on Job Calendar to review requested and approved jobs.

●        $60.00/hour       Personnel Fee (hourly pay)

●        $10.00/hour       Vehicle and Administrative Fee

Pay invoices electronically by your choice of credit card or ACH via the link in the invoice email you receive.

Yes. Effective 02/16/2026 the following fees will be charged on all invoices.

·         0.00% ACH Payments or 2.99% for Credit Card Payments

·         1.00% Payment Assurance

·         6.00% Management Fee

To cancel a job, call PowerDetails at (615) 436-2427or email offduty@powerdetails.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be received by PowerDetails at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled detail. If the job is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a two-hour minimum per scheduled personnel will be charged.
