WORKING TOGETHER FOR CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY

Yesterday, Deputies Christie Lewandowski and Philip Oden joined the Franklin Police Department for a Child Passenger Safety event at The Academy at Forrest Crossing on South Royal Oaks Boulevard.

Our deputies assisted FPD Officer LeCates with child safety seat checks and had a great opportunity to work alongside our law enforcement partners while continuing to strengthen their Child Passenger Safety knowledge.
We were also fortunate to have Tennessee CPS State Coordinator Julie Brewer, with the Tennessee Occupant Protection Center, at the event. She shared valuable information and resources that will help support and streamline future CPS recertifications.
A special thank you to Officer LeCates and the Franklin Police Department for inviting us to be part of the event and for sharing their expertise with our deputies.
Partnerships like these help all of us better serve Williamson County families and keep our youngest passengers safe. 💙
