WCSO Reserves: Behind the Badge, Beside the Community
Published On: 04/23/2026
This week, during National Volunteer Week, we’re proud to recognize a group that quietly strengthens everything we do, our Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Reserve Deputies.
The WCSO Reserve Deputies are a force multiplier for the Sheriff’s Office, but more importantly, they represent the heart of service. These men and women volunteer their time to serve right alongside our full-time deputies. They step in when needed, whether it’s assisting with community events, supporting operations, or helping ensure public safety during some of our busiest moments. They wear the uniform, and show the same commitment to this community.
What makes it even more meaningful is that they choose to be here. They have careers, families, and responsibilities of their own, and still make time to volunteer service to others. That kind of dedication says a lot.
To our WCSO Reserve Deputies, thank you for standing with us and serving Williamson County with professionalism, integrity, and pride.
We are better because of you!
