Lt. Baker began his remarkable journey with the WCSO in 1982 as a dispatcher. He then transitioned to corrections before moving to patrol in 1985. In 1999, he was instrumental in launching the WCSO School Resource Officer (SRO) program, where he has dedicated the last 25 years to mentoring thousands of students and deputies. His passion for guiding and protecting our youth has left an indelible mark on our schools and our community.
