What if I need to cancel a job?

To cancel a job, call PowerDetails at (615) 436-2427or email offduty@powerdetails.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be received by PowerDetails at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled detail. If the job is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a two-hour minimum per scheduled personnel will be charged.
