Deputy Daniel Soto Receives THSO’s “Beyond The Traffic Stop Award”
Congratulations to Deputy Daniel Soto, recipient of the “Beyond the Stop” award for the entire state at this year’s Lifesaver’s Conference! 🚓👏
During the traffic stop that earned him this honor, Deputy Soto’s actions led to the arrest of a serial retail thief and the recovery of stolen merchandise.
In addition to the award, he was presented with a $5,000 scholarship from Bethel University.
