The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a Sheriff’s Sale for the following Seized Vehicles to be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds:

• 2003 Mercedes S55
• 2007 Maserati QUA

Date & Time:  Friday, October 31, 2025, Noon to 3:00 P.M.
Location:  306 Beasley Drive, Franklin, TN  37064

• Attendance & Information– Interested parties must attend the auction in person to obtain full details about the items offered for sale. No additional information will be provided prior to the event.
• Registration– Registration will be conducted on-site immediately prior to the auction only. No early or off-site registration is permitted.
• Payment Terms– Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Cash or cashier’s checks are the only accepted forms of payment. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.
• Removal of Items– All items purchased must be removed from the auction site immediately following the sale. Removal of the items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Condition of Items– The Sheriff’s Office makes no guarantees or warranties as to the condition, value, or functionality of any item sold. All items are sold “as is.”
