Now Hiring: Administrative Support III – Criminal Investigations Division (CID)

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Criminal Investigations Division. This role is critical to keeping our investigators and detectives operating efficiently while serving the community with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for CID – answering phones and routing communications.
  • Manage case assignments and reports in our Records Management System.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly/annual statistics and reports.
  • Coordinate training, travel, and logistics for detectives.
  • Track budgets, purchase supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Support detectives with victim/witness coordination and case preparation.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (administrative/law enforcement coursework a plus).
  • At least 2 years of office/administrative support experience (law enforcement/government preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
