We love our SROs and enjoy sharing the fantastic ways they connect with their students and staff. Here are a couple of examples.
Last week, Deputy Shoap knew her school’s JA BizTown event would be busy! ⭐️🚓Thanks to her new student recruits, everything ran smoothly, and they learned a thing or two about security and community relations! Great job, Jr. Deputies!
Big congratulations to Deputy Ted Boyd, who was recently honored by Trinity Elementary school staff and students when they voted to name the new school mascot after him—🐯Ted the Tiger!” How cool is that?!
We’re so proud of the impact our SROs make every day! Thank you all for being so dedicated to our schools and our community!
*About BizTown: JA BizTown® combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular learning experience allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor. Students connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world.
