Functional Fitness Test (for Sworn only)

  • Kneel Stand Test
  • Pushups- 10
  • Plank- 1:15
  • Step up test- 25 in 1 minute
  • 440-yard run and below activities: 5 minutes for all three
  • 55yard farmers carry
  • 55yard dummy drag
